All rates provided are for deliveries which take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 and 16:00. Our price is based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Should your requirements change after this time; we reserve the right to amend our price.

Fixed delivery and collection times will be subject to additional charges.

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date of this quote unless otherwise agreed.

Unless specified our prices do not include timbers or chains. If required this equipment must be provided free of charge and are non-returnable to the point of loading.

Rates are based on the movement of non-hazardous cargo.

2 hours free for loading and unloading after which waiting time is charged at £55 per hour on weekdays, and £82.5 on weekends (pro-rata).

1 hour free for loading and unloading per delivery point for multi-drop deliveries. After this period waiting time charges apply as above.

Weekend work will be charged at different rates. Rates will be advised at quoting stage.

Full load flatbed trailer rates are based on maximum external dimensions of 15m long x 2.9m wide x 2.5m High. Max weight of goods carried must not exceed 28 tones.

We reserve the right to charge part costs for any confirmed jobs cancelled PM the day before delivery.

All prices are exclusive of VAT

We do not provide a customs clearance service.

Payment terms – 30 days end of month.

Terms of carriage – All goods are insured under RHA Conditions of Carriage.

We will not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss.
